13th Aug - Fuel Price Trends One of my Goals over the past few months is to integrate graphs of fuel prices and trends throughout the site. So today we got a step closer as I have posted the 1st Graph on the front Page showing fuel trends for ULP, Diesel and LPG over the past 2 months. This graph doesn’t update live (So I will repost it each month at this stage till I create a dynamic graphing system) however it’s interesting to view the rise and more recent falls in the prices around town. - Anthony Sherwell 11th Aug - New SponsorWe would like to welcome Bridge Auto Toyota as our first sponsor for the site. Their contributions will help with the running costs of the site to keep it up and running so that we can help drive you to the cheapest fuel in the top end. We have also given the site a quick makeover just to clean it up and make it a bit easier to navigate. 8th Aug - New Stations AddedHave added a few new stations to the list. You can now submit fuel data for Freds Fuel, Mobil Jabiru and Riverview Caravan Park. Hope everyone enjoys the 8-8-8 and looking forward to the Olympic Opening Ceremony Tonight. 1st Aug - Road Safety FeedbackNorthern Territory Police, Fire and Emergency Services are calling on the public to submit ideas on how to get road safety messages through.
Your ideas on how we can work together to make the importance of abiding by road safety laws and regulations a meaningful issue for young people in the Territory, are very important to us.
Submit your ideas to www.pfes.nt.gov.au/ 14th July - Updates to My Settings PageUpdated the My Settings Page to make it simpler to use and manage your settings. The interface is now built on a simpler Tab System; rather than having links to all the external pages.
Now you can easily add service stations to your “watched list” to help personalise your experience with local fuel watch.
The new page also allows you to configure your email notifications; and an upcoming addition will be a new Vehicle Section (coming soon)
